Home Exercise Series – New sessions for 2024

From the comfort of your own home, our 4 weekly classes give you the opportunity to look after your physical and mental health, whilst being part of a community.

We are delighted to include Yoga, Movement, Balance and Stretch Bodyweight Circuits and Nature Connection.

Sessions run in 6 week blocks and are audio described and tailored for the needs of participants who are blind and vision impaired. No experience is required and classes are suitable for all abilities. This is a wonderful opportunity to improve your physical and mental health through, exercise, meditation and social interaction.

Registered participants will receive an email each week with the link for their class, all classes are free of charge.

Limited places are available so be sure to book early.

Class Timetable

1. Movement, Balance, and Stretch– Tuesdays at 9:30 AM
Begin your day with a class focused on enhancing your movement, improving balance, and stretching those all-important muscles. Our instructor Gita has been running this class since 2021 and is always so welcoming. It’s a gentle yet effective way to wake up your body.

2. Nature Connection – Thursdays 10am
the perfect time to reconnect with nature, even from the comfort of your home. Our instructor Sarah has been successfully running this weekly online Nature Connection Series with our Vision Sports Ireland community since January 2021 with some incredible outcomes from the group. We invite you to come along and be gently guided by Sarah in learning about the importance of nature for your health and wellbeing; to become part of the existing Nature Connection Series community; and to rediscover your connection to nature in a way that feels right for you.

3. Bodyweight Circuits– Wednesdays at 6:30 PM
Ready to ramp up the intensity? Our Bodyweight Circuits class offers a dynamic workout. join us for a 40 minute interval based workout aimed at building overall strength through dynamic movement, stability and balance exercises. This class is led by expert instructor Helen and is open to participants of all fitness levels. Start the journey to a happier healthier you in 2024.

4. Yoga– Tuesdays at 7:30 PM
Wind down your day with our Yoga class, focusing on flexibility, balance, and inner peace. With our fantastic instructor Rachel. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned yogi, this class offers the perfect way to relax and rejuvenate.
