Home Exercise Series – New session starting July 4th

From the comfort of your own home, our 4 weekly classes give you the opportunity to look after your physical and mental health, whilst being part of a community.

We are delighted to include Yoga, Movement, Balance and Stretch HIIT Fitness and Nature Mindfulness.

Sessions run in 6 week blocks and are audio described and tailored for the needs of participants who are blind and vision impaired. No experience is required and classes are suitable for all abilities. This is a wonderful opportunity to improve your physical and mental health through, exercise, meditation and social interaction.

Registered participants will receive an email each week with the link for their class, all classes are free of charge.

Limited places are available so be sure to book early.

Class Timetable


Movement, Balance and Stretch – Tuesdays 9:30am

The sessions will be delivered by a fully qualified instructor who will lead participants through a joint mobilisation and muscle warm up, followed by cardio, movement to music, strength and balance work this class is suitable for all abilities

This programme will help improve your balance and mobility as well as having a positive effect on your physical and mental health.


HIIT Fitness – Wednesdays 6:30pm

HIIT Fitness is a high intensity cardio workout including strength exercises that are suitable for all abilities


Nature Mindfulness – Thursdays 10am

This programme will allow you to connect with Nature from the comfort of your home. It will be delivered by Sarah Hourigan of Nature Therapy Ireland . Nature Therapy Ireland was founded in 2019 to share the physical and mental health benefits that can be experienced by exploring your connection to nature.


Yoga – Thursday’s 7pm

Improve your strength, balance, flexibility and general health and well-being from the comfort of your own home with our yoga sessions.
