Empowering Active Ageing: Vision Sports Debuts “I Can” Programme

Vision Sports Ireland is proud to announce the launch of its new “I Can” programme, aimed at empowering individuals to embrace physical activity and prioritise their health in a 1:1 setting over the phone or online. Developed with our Health Promotion & Physical Activity Practitioner, Áine Stanley this initiative marks a pivotal moment in the pursuit of holistic health and well-being for the blind and Vision Impaired community.

The “I Can” programme embodies Vision Sports Ireland’s commitment to fostering a culture of inclusivity, encouragement, and personal growth. By providing participants with the tools, support, and guidance they need, the programme seeks to break down barriers to physical activity and inspire lasting lifestyle changes.
